All the shit in the world will go here. Almost everything will be angry drunk nonsense, mostly about Unity and prick games coders.

UNITY SUCKS ARSE.

Windows only has read only setting - obviously every file is readable, I can view them in text editors just fine. Even new latest Unity 2020 beta has the same issues, ergo unity has been literally unusable for about 7 months (last working unity for me was Unity 2020.1.0a12 (64-bit), thankfully I can still progress using this..). Not only for using but also for bug reporting (to be fair the bug reporting issue is now about 5 years old, no one has cared to even look at that). Every day that goes past I wish I had learned something like unreal instead of Unity (a reimport to check this takes 5 DAYS......5 DAYS!!!!!!!! that's 120 hours to find the same issue everytime) . Im starting to find it beyond pathetic to be honest, anger does not sum it up. I have no idea what the hell goes on at Unity but you guys don't listen or fix bugs properly, at least not the ones I find. Im sorry for negative attitude but this is beyond belief. Im sick to the stomach now... I might just stop checking if it's fixed until 2021, even though im sure it will probably still happen. You really should allow wetransfer.com or something as an alternative (what about good old FTP?). When I tell anyone about this they just laugh and say well thats Unity through and through, what the hell is going on there? Most game developer friends think Unity is a joke and refuse to use it, I can see why.. Again I apologise for this anger but I think it is warranted.

PS, maybe I misunderstood the read permissions can you tell me how I check for certain? at my wits end here, I have not been able to make a build since 2014(!!!!!!!) due to this ludicrous 4 gig issue, thats the only reason Im trying to upgrade.. all my testers and users are long gone, not suprising given that Ive not made a build in 6 years.
